The Burmese parasols are handmade in Pathein region, Burma, following 300 years old traditions in crafts and design, slightly modified to adhere to the needs of today.
Natural, local materials like hardwood, bamboo, cotton etc. are used to make the parasols, and all pattern are painted by hand. The parasols are treated with a paste – made of a mix of local fruits from the garden – to make the surface strong and water resistant.
The parasols are available in 4 sizes: Beach, Medium, Large and Mega.
